Because our bundles are hygienic luxury products, all sales are final once shipped. No refunds.

All orders have a 7-10 business day processing time.

But — if something isn’t as expected, we’ve got you:

We will gladly offer an exchange if:

• Your hair is untouched & still in its candy wrapper (original packaging)
• You message us within 7 days of delivery
• You want to swap for another length or texture
  (Customer covers return shipping unless we made a mistake)

🚫 No Exchanges If:

• Hair is installed, brushed, colored, washed or cut
• Packaging is opened or missing
• Item was purchased on sale or during a promotion
